Puppy Expectations

To reserve one of our Shichon, maltipoo or Teddybear puppies there is a $500 deposit. 

We do have a Puppy Application along with a telephone interview so we can help you find just what you are looking for in your new puppy for sale. 

Our deposits are nonrefundable but always transferable.

When you are on our Reservation List for a puppy. You will be made aware of upcoming litters, when the puppies arrive, and your position within the litter.  We generally post a litter picture 48 to 72 hours from when the puppies are born so you can enjoy watching your puppy grow.  Our Reservation's list is created in the order that we receive the deposits.  Once you have placed your deposit and are on the reservations list, for a Shichon, maltipoo or teddybear puppies will have a one year at that adoption price. Your deposit will always be transferrable. 

When the puppies are 5-7 weeks old the families will begin picking out their puppies in the order the deposit was received. The deposit will be deducted from the total. The remaining balance for you shichon, shihtzu bichon or maltese poodle puppies will be due the week your puppy goes home.  Our puppies do not go home until they are 10 weeks. Our Puppies will only be placed in good, stable, and loving homes. 

We are making sure you get the F1 hybrid Shichon, Shihpoo or maltipoo puppies you were expecting. The best way to do that is making sure our parents are AKC registered with DNA testing.  Once a year our AKC purebred parents are checked by our licensed Veterinarian.  Our purebred parents have been tested not only genetically but the test of time with three generations of bloodlines in most cases and to make sure we are keeping the standards of the F1 hybrid Puppies at its finest.
